Idleness: Part 2 of 2

Preview: This is the second part of a two-part lesson of the same name. The Lord has set our tasks before us and we have no time to dally at them.


Scripture Reading: Hebrews 6:1-20.

1. Are there some in the Church who will not work? II Thessalonians 3:11.

Note: Christians have no time to be idle. Christ is soon returning to claim His own and we need to be preparing everyday that we may be found of Him with our garments spotless and wrinkle free. We cannot be idle and belong to Him. May God help us to be diligent, hard at work, and in the Master’s service, for the harvest truly is plenteous but the laborers are few. May we answer the Lord, “Here am I, Lord send me,” and answer the world with a “Wist ye not that I must be about my Father’s business?” Luke 2:49.
